Welcome to Game Puck & Celly. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Purpose

Game Puck & Celly provides plush award products, including but not limited to:

  • Game Pucks

  • Celly plush awards

  • Team and custom-designed items

These products are designed as keepsake awards and are not intended for professional sports use or gameplay.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon for team or bulk orders.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or suspected fraud. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

4. Custom & Team Orders

Custom orders (including team logos, colors, or text) are final once approved. Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Game Puck & Celly is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

5. Production & Shipping

Many of our products are made-to-order. Production times may vary but are typically 2–3 weeks unless otherwise stated. Shipping times depend on carrier and destination. We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

6. Returns & Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective. If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the issue

  • We will replace or refund at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product names, logos, and branding associated with Game Puck & Celly are the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. Custom team logos provided by customers remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use it.

8. Limitation of Liability

Game Puck & Celly shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Misuse of products

  • Injuries resulting from improper use

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Use of Products

Our products are intended as novelty and award items. They are not toys for unsupervised small children and should be used appropriately.

 

10. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your information and only use it to fulfill orders and improve your experience.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the state in which Game Puck & Celly operates.
